Weekly Classes

I practice, teach & study Vinyasa & Hatha style sequences, finding connection between the mind, body and breath. Linking breath with movement and finding a little space and solitude in an ever demanding world.  

I am currently teaching the following online classes:

  • Monday 7pm- Gentle Flow & Restore- Currently unavailable Back soon I promise!

  • Tuesday- 7.30am- Morning Wake up flow- 1hr

  • Tuesday- 6pm- Evening Vinyasa Flow- 45mins

  • Wednesday- 7pm- Evening Vinyasa Flow- 1hr

  • Thursday- 7.30am- Quick Morning Shot- 30mins

Once you book on to the class you will receive a Zoom link to gain access and a playlist for the class.

I am offering an exclusive weekly class for those over the water. If you are on a different time zone, this maybe the class for you.
