Tuesday- 7.30am- Morning Wake up flow- 1hr
Tuesday- 6pm- Evening Vinyasa Flow- 45mins
Wednesday- 7pm- Evening Vinyasa Flow- 1hr
Thursday- 7.30am- Quick Morning Shot- 30mins

I am offering an exclusive weekly class for those over the water. If you are on a different time zone, this maybe the class for you.
