I PRACTICE AND STUDY HATHA YOGA. FINDING A CONNECTION BETWEEN THE MIND BODY AND BREATH. LINKING BREATH WITH MOVEMENT AND FINDING SPACE IN AN EVER CHANGING AND DEMANDING WORLD

THE AIM…

my overall aim and mission is to bring yoga to everyone and make it accessible to all. my bigger and wider mission is to bring yoga into the nhs to support and offer help for the healing & to energise staff. this is currently work in progress and every lesson and session taught will contribute to bringing yoga to those that really need it, physically, mentally and emotionally……
