Practice as usual!! In these trying times, it is even more important for us to remain active & motivated. Keeping the blood flowing & the body moving to keep us happy and healthy. Allowing the mind to somewhat settle - if only for a moment at least.
If we cannot attend the studio, at least we can benefit from each other's presence and energy!!
